You’ve heard of Shareware and Freeware but Careware?

The idea is simple. For NON COMMERCIAL USE, you can request information about my designs for free but I request that you make a charitable donation to a good cause in return. So many people in this world need support – please choose an organisation that you are fond of. There are so many to choose from and if you are stuck for ideas, Save The Children, Heart Research organisations, Cancer support groups, youth support groups, the International Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)  etc are all worthy causes (in my humble opinion).

Please note that I retain all intellectual property rights. 

All my designs are offered “as-is” with no guarantees.

Safety etc. There are always risks involved with making things and I cannot (and will not) be held responsible for any actions resulting from the use of these. For example, the end user is responsible for ensuring suitable precautions are taken regarding, fire, electric shocks etc.

Likewise, while my designs are offered in good faith, I will not accept any liability in the case of claims of breach of copyright etc.

If you want profit from my designs then you strictly forbidden from doing this!

If you are interested in commercial use, please contact me to discuss options however I currently have no plans to commercialise  this.
